Options:

Esthetic and restorative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs, so we provide several payment options. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

Payment Options:

10% courtesy discount is applied to appointments valued at $200 or more, when paid in full at time of scheduling. Insurance will be assigned to the patient.

CareCredit for dental procedures:

CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans. For procedure fees from $1,000 to $25,000, CareCredit offers 18 & 24 month no interest plans, as well as, 24, 36, 48 and 60 month low interest payment plans.

Insurance Accepted:

Payment is expected at the time services are performed. An estimate of the amount due will be provided at the time the appointment is scheduled. Insurance coverage will be also estimated at the time the appointment is scheduled, and the patient is expected to pay their percentage on the day of the appointment. As a courtesy, we will complete and electronically file all insurance claims.

Missed Appointment Fee: No Call/No Show

We reserve the right to charge for a scheduled appointment that you miss without notifying the office. We require a 24 hour notice for appointment changes and/or cancellations. Extreme circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

There will be a $25.00 charge for the first scheduled appointment. Any future missed appointments will be charged at full fee.
